Cleary Gottlieb represented Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company in the origination of a $53 million loan to an affiliate of Tishman Speyer Properties, L.P., a privately owned real estate investment, management and development company. The loan is secured by a mortgage on the office building located at 125 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois.
