Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (BNDES), the Brazilian government-owned national development bank, as part of a lending group providing $3.2 billion in financing for an integrated polyethylene production plant located in Veracruz, Mexico, sponsored by Braskem Idesa SAPI, a joint venture between Brazilian petrochemical company, Braskem, and the Mexican petrochemical company, Grupo Idesa.
Dow Chemical Company on the antitrust aspects of its $5 billion agreement to separate a significant portion of its chlorine value chain and merge that new entity with Olin Corporation.
Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad (FGVH) and the selling shareholder, Federal Land Development Authority, in FGVH’s $3.2 billion IPO.
Lafarge S.A. in its €40 billion combination with Holcim Ltd. to create the world’s largest construction materials company.
OCI in the $8 billion sale of its North American, European and Global Distribution businesses to CF Industries.
