Cleary Gottlieb represented Brookfield Residential in its negotiation of a strategic partnership with Kolter Land, the Kolter Group’s land business.

The new venture will provide finished residential lots and mixed-use pads to builders in the Southeast U.S.

The transaction closed on November 11, 2024.
