Cleary Gottlieb represented Brookfield in the acquisition of a $925 million portfolio of commercial real estate loans from Valley National Bank.

The loan portfolio is secured by multifamily, industrial, retail, and hotel properties located across the United States.

The transaction closed on November 26, 2024.
