The list of finalists includes:

M&A Team of the Year (Large Deal), for Euronext’s acquisition of Borsa Italiana from LSE
Private Equity Team of the Year, for Cascade’s acquisition of Signature Aviation
CSR Initiative of the Year, for Cleary’s partnership with The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN)
