Christine Barthelemy

Christine Barthelemy’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration.
Christine has advised on a range of disputes in both the Commercial Court and Technology and Construction Court and has acted in proceedings before the High Court and the Court of Appeal. She has worked on arbitrations under LCIA and ICC rules as well as proceedings before the DIFC courts.
She also has extensive experience in international economic law, including trade law and investment law in particular.
Before joining the firm in 2016, Christine worked as an economist at the World Trade Organization and in-house at a leading international law firm, specializing in international trade litigation.
