The transaction signed on September 17, 2020, and closed on December 1, 2020. The terms were not publicly disclosed.

Founded in 1973 and based in St. Petersburg, Florida, GA Foods is a specialized maker of highly specified meals serving the unique needs of healthcare members, seniors, children, the military, and disaster relief efforts. Its services include meal design, food preparation and packaging, distribution, and integration with payor and provider systems for both home-delivered and congregate customers.
