Two Cleary Gottlieb Deals Recognized at FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2023

Two deals on which Cleary Gottlieb advised have been recognized at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2023.

The winnings deals include:

• Best Equity Deal – North Asia : LG Chem’s $2 billion exchangeable bond offering

• Best Sustainable Finance Deal – North Asia : SK Hynix’s $2.5 billion multi-tranche offering of sustainability-linked and green notes

The awards represent the best capital markets transactions in the Asia-Pacific region over the past year.
