Banco Bradesco’s $750 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Bradesco BBI, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and UBS, as initial purchasers, in the offering of $750 million 6.5% senior notes due 2030, issued by Banco Bradesco S.A. (Banco Bradesco), through its Grand Cayman branch, under a medium-term note program.

The transaction priced on January 14, 2025, and closed on January 22, 2025.
