Three Cleary Gottlieb Private Funds Clients Recognized by GrowthCap

Cleary Gottlieb has advised on the formation of growth funds for three of the Top 10 Growth Equity Firms of 2022 according to GrowthCap Advisory.

Cleary Gottlieb has raised multiple growth funds for TPG, KKR, and Sixth Street, including:

• TPG in the formation of TPG Growth V and TPG Tech Adjacencies II;
• KKR in the formation of a number of growth equity funds, including KKR Next Generation Technology Fund II and KKR Health Care Strategic Growth Fund II; and
• Sixth Street in the formation of Sixth Street Growth Partners II and Sixth Street Mid-Stage Growth.
