Cleary Gottlieb was recognized at Latin Lawyer’s 2023 Deal of the Year Awards for advising on three winning deals in the Corporate Finance: ESG; Mergers and Acquisitions: Public Companies; and Restructuring categories.

The winning deals include:

• Republic of Chile’s first sovereign sustainability-linked bonds

Mergers and Acquisitions: Public Companies

• Univision and Televisa’s $4.8 billion merger, forming the largest Spanish-language media group

Restructuring

• LATAM Airlines’ exit from Chapter 11
