SRC Energy Merges With PDC Energy for $1.7 Billion

Cleary Gottlieb represented Goldman Sachs as financial advisor to SRC Energy Inc. (SRC) in its merger with PDC Energy Inc. (PDC).

Under the merger agreement, PDC will merge with SRC in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $1.7 billion.

SRC is a Denver-based oil and natural gas exploration and production company. PDC is a domestic independent exploration and production company.
