Six Cleary Gottlieb Deals Shortlisted for 2024 Asia Legal Awards

Six deals on which Cleary Gottlieb advised have been shortlisted as Deals of the Year for Law.com International’s 2024 Asia Legal Awards:

ESG Deal of the Year (SK On’s $900 million green bonds)
Finance Deal of the Year (MBK/UCK-Osstem Implant acquisition financing and Lenovo’s $547 million syndicated trade receivables financing programme)
Private Equity Deal of the Year (MBK/UCK $1.7 billion acquisition of Osstem Implant)
Securities Deal of the Year: Debt (LG Chem’s $2 billion exchangeable bonds)
Securities Deal of the Year: Equity (ZJLD’s Hong Kong IPO and SharkNinja’s spin-off and NYSE listing)

The winners will be announced March 14 at a ceremony in Singapore.
