Ingersoll-Rand in Largest Korean Overseas Acquisition

Cleary Gottlieb advised Ingersoll-Rand on the French legal aspects of the $4.9 billion sale of its Bobcat, Utility Equipment and Attachments businesses to Doosan Infracore Co. The sale is the largest overseas acquisition in Korea’s history.
