Four deals on which Cleary Gottlieb advised have been shortlisted as Deals of the Year for The Asian Lawyer’s 2022 Asia Legal Awards:

M&A Deal of the Year: North Asia ($2 billion controlling stake sale in Starbucks Coffee Korea)
Securities Deal of the Year: Debt (SK Battery’s $1 billion green bonds offering)
Securities Deal of the Year: Equity (Krafton Inc.’s $3.8 billion IPO; JD Logistics’ $2 billion Hong Kong listing)
TMT Deal of the Year (JD Logistics’ $2 billion Hong Kong listing)
