Duravant to Acquire Motion06

Cleary Gottlieb represented Duravant LLC (Duravant) in its signing to acquire Motion06 Gmbh (Motion06).

Duravant was acquired by U.S. private equity firm Warburg Pincus in 2017.

The deal signed on May 8, 2019.

Duravant is a market-leading international engineered equipment and automated machine provider to the food processing, packaging, and material handling sectors. Motion06 is a leading manufacturer of machines and components for conveyors systems.
