DCP Capital in Partnership With Jamieson Wellness

Cleary Gottlieb is representing DCP Capital in a minority investment in the Chinese operations of Jamieson Wellness Inc. (Jamieson Wellness) as well as a PIPE investment in Jamieson Wellness.

The partnership will accelerate Jamieson Wellness’ rapidly growing business in China and follows on from the company’s November 2022 announced acquisition of the assets of its Chinese distributor as well as the expansion of its on-the-ground resources in China.

The transaction, which was announced on February 23, 2023, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, subject to the closing of the pending acquisition of assets and regulatory approval.
