Cushman & Wakefield’s Public Offering of 12.5 Million Ordinary Shares

Cleary Gottlieb is representing TPG and PAG Asia Capital, as selling shareholders, in Cushman & Wakefield’s underwritten public offering of 12.5 million ordinary shares.

All of the ordinary shares are being offered by existing shareholders, and Cushman & Wakefield will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs are serving as underwriters. The offering priced on August 11, 2021, and closed on August 16, 2021.
