Cleary Gottlieb Wins Legal Business Corporate Team of the Year Award

Cleary Gottlieb has been awarded “Corporate Team of the Year” at the 2021 Legal Business Awards.

The award recognizes Cleary’s work advising on Euronext’s acquisition of Borsa Italiana from LSE. 

The Legal Business Awards also highly commended Cleary for two further awards: 

• Competition Team of the Year for the Google-Fitbit merger
• CSR Program of the Year for Cleary’s partnership with The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN)

The awards recognize excellence and outstanding achievement among large international firms operating in multiple jurisdictions, boutique law firms, alternative legal services providers, in-house teams, chambers, or regional/offshore practices in the UK.
