Cleary Gottlieb partners Daniel Culley and Francisco Enrique González-Díaz have won Best Business Article in the Mergers category at Concurrences’ 2019 Antitrust Writing Awards.

The article, “Negotiating the Remedy: A Practitioner’s Perspective,” focuses on how best to conduct remedy negotiations during the merger control planning process from a practitioner’s perspective.
