Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for three IFLR Middle East Awards 2024:

Deal of the Year: Equity (for GlobalFoundries’ secondary public offering);
Deal of the Year: M&A (for Philip Morris International/Eastern Tobacco Company); and
Team of the Year: Equity.

The IFLR Middle East awards celebrate legally innovative cross-border work in the region. The winners will be announced in Dubai on October 22.
