Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted five times for three IFLR Asia-Pacific 2023 awards:

• Private Equity Deal of the Year (GS Group Consortium/Hugel, TPG/Tata Motors JV, and TPG Asia/Fractal Analytics)
• Restructuring Deal of the Year (Garuda Airlines)
• Private Equity Team of the Year

The IFLR Asia-Pacific awards celebrate legally innovative cross-border transactions in the region. The winners will be announced on March 22 in Singapore.
