Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for Securities Firm of the Year by The Asian Lawyer

Cleary Gottlieb has been named a finalist for Securities Firm of the Year by The Asian Lawyer for its 2020 Asia Legal Awards.

The firm also advised on five of the shortlisted deals of the year:

• M&A Deal of the Year: North Asia: the merger of Yahoo Japan and Line Corp.; and New Frontier Corp.’s acquisition of United Family Healthcare
• Debt Securities Deal of the Year: LG Chem’s Green Bond Offer
• Equity Securities Deal of the Year: Lotte REIT’s IPO; and Luckin Coffee’s Nasdaq Listing
