Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for Global Competition Review 2019 Awards

Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted as a finalist in Global Competition Review’s 2019 awards, with five nominations in the case/team categories (including two for Matter of the Year), and one nomination in the individual lawyer categories.

The following matters and deals were selected as finalists in the case/team categories:

  • Litigation of the Year – Cartel Defense: Auto Parts Antitrust Litigation
  • Matter of the Year: Luxottica/Essilor and UTC/Rockwell Collins
  • Merger Control Matter of the Year – Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa: Luxottica/Essilor and UTC/Rockwell Collins

Cleary partner Antoine Winckler was selected as a finalist for Lawyer of the Year.
