  • Russia Firm of the Year
  • Team of the Year: Debt and Equity-Linked
  • Team of the Year: Equity
  • Team of the Year: Private Equity

The firm also advised on three shortlisted deals of the year:

  • Deal of the Year: Equity (Ryanair Holdings equity raise)
  • Deal of the Year: Private Equity (Advent, Cinven, and RAG foundation / Thyssenkrupp Elevator business)
  • Deal of the Year: Restructuring (Codere)
