  • U.S. Law Firm of the Year
  • Law Firm of the Year: France
  • Law Firm of the Year: Italy
  • Team of the Year: Equity
  • Team of the Year: M&A

The firm also advised on four shortlisted deals of the year:

  • Deal of the Year: Equity (Accor Acquisition Company IPO, and Hepsiburada IPO)
  • Deal of the Year: M&A (Euronext/Borsa Italiana)
  • Deal of the Year: Private Equity (Blackstone, Cascade and Global Infrastructure Partners/Signature Aviation)
  • Deal of the Year: Restructuring (Vallourec)
