Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for 2021 Private Equity International Award

Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for a 2021 Private Equity International Award: Law Firm of the Year in North America (Fund Formation).

Cleary’s funds team was recognized for having represented sponsors on more than 100 funds, co-invests, and SMAs, assisting them in closing on more than $75 billion in commitments between November 2020 and October 2021.
