Cleary Gottlieb Named 2020 Securities Firm of the Year by The Asian Lawyer

Cleary Gottlieb has been named Securities Firm of the Year by The Asian Lawyer for its 2020 Asia Legal Awards.

The firm also advised on two deals of the year:

• M&A Deal of the Year: North Asia: Merger of Yahoo Japan and Line Corp.
• Debt Securities Deal of the Year: LG Chem’s Green Bond Offer
