Cleary Gottlieb Associate David Schwartz Selected to NCBJ Next Generation Program

Cleary Gottlieb associate David Schwartz has been selected to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges’ (NCBJ) 2022 Next Generation Program.

The program will host up-and-coming bankruptcy practitioners for exclusive events including a judicial roundtable featuring bankruptcy judges from across the nation as well as networking opportunities and social events with peers and Next Generation alumni.

Next Generation participants must have ten or fewer years in practice, a majority focus on bankruptcy law, and an established commitment to the principles of civility, ethics, and professionalism as well as to the continued educational development of bankruptcy professionals and to professional activities that benefit the public, the bankruptcy bar, and the court system.

Only 40 participants are selected annually from a pool of applicants from across the country.

The Next Generation program will start on October 19 and take place during NCBJ’s Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL.
