Cleary Gottlieb a Top 10 Firm in Global Restructuring Review’s GRR 30 2024

Cleary Gottlieb has been ranked No. 8 among the world’s leading firms for complex multijurisdictional restructurings by Global Restructuring Review in its GRR 30 2024 rankings.

GRR noted that multijurisdictional cases are Cleary’s “bread and butter” and that “the firm is renowned for providing counsel to sovereign states in sticky situations.”

Cleary was also shortlisted for several awards at this year’s GRR Awards, including Creditor-side Law Firm of the Year, Latin American Practice of the Year, and Pioneering Spirit Award (for Americanas, Genesis Global, and Light SA).

The GRR 30 ranks the top 30 restructuring and insolvency law firms in the world, based on size of restructuring and insolvency team, number of countries served, hours billed, types of clients attracted, value and volume of cases worked on, and level of complexity and innovation that were required in individual cases.
