Bridgepoint Invests in Younited

Cleary Gottlieb represented Bridgepoint in its investment in Younited, alongside historical shareholders including inter alia Eurazeo, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, AG2R La Mondiale, and Bpifrance.

This is the eighth fundraising round for Younited.

The investment closed on June 4, 2021.

Founded in 2009, Younited wishes to become the leading online consumer lending platform in Continental Europe.
