BarCuts to Operate Airstream Mobile Beauty Salon

Cleary Gottlieb represented pro bono client BarCuts Inc. (BarCuts) in drafting an events services contract for use in the operation of an Airstream mobile beauty salon.

BarCuts was referred to Cleary by Start Small Think Big, a not-for-profit organization that assists under-resourced and low-income small businesses and startups in New York City that are in need of legal assistance.

After starting out at a location in the Bronx, BarCuts now seeks to expand to provide grooming and beauty services on-site at various events using an Airstream trailer that was converted into a mobile beauty salon.
