Denise Shiu and Shuang Zhao Named to China Business Law Journal 2024-25 A-List of Visionaries

Cleary Gottlieb partners Denise Shiu and Shuang Zhao have been named to China Business Law Journal’s 2024-25 A-List: Visionaries.

Denise was recognized for her work on international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and foreign direct investment transactions. Shuang was recognized for her work on capital markets, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation matters.
