Cleary Gottlieb is assisting private equity firm Asterion Industrial Partners in its voluntary public tender offer for all of the ordinary shares of Retelit S.p.A. (Retelit).

Retelit, a company listed on the STAR segment of the MTA, is an independent Italian leader in the provision of wholesale fiber services.
