Paola Albano’s practice focuses mainly on domestic and international tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Paola joined the firm in 2007, became a senior attorney in 2011, and became a tax compliance attorney in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the Rome office of Di Tanno e Associati (1998 to 2005) and in the Rome office of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners (2005 to 2007).
