On April 19, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb’s Milan and Rome offices hosted a seminar entitled Real Estate Investment Funds: Contract Law, and Regulatory and Tax Issues (Fondi immobiliari: profili civilistici, regolamentari e fiscali). Speakers at the event were senior attorney Paola Albano and associate Gianpaolo Scandone. The seminar was held in Italian.

2 credits were awarded under the Italian Continuing Legal Education Program. New York CLE Credit (2 credits) were available only for those who attended in person. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York for the period December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2013.
