Fay Davies’ practice focuses on UK and EU competition law and digital markets regulation.

Her experience includes merger control (including several EU and UK Phase 2 investigations), anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and follow-on damages litigation.

Fay joined the firm in 2018 and spent six months in the firm’s Brussels office during 2023-2024.
