Kate Grimm’s practice focuses on debt finance transactions.
She represents borrowers and financial institutions in connection with a variety of secured lending and other corporate finance transactions.
Kate originally joined the firm in 2002. From 2010 to 2020, Kate practiced in-house as Associate General Counsel at Antares Capital and Senior Counsel at GE Capital, where she managed legal matters relating to the businesses’ commercial lending platforms and advised on financing transactions. In 2020, she returned to private practice at major international law firms. Kate rejoined the firm as counsel in 2023.
