Cleary Gottlieb partners Amélie Champsaur and François-Charles Laprévote, together with associate Florine Coupé and former associates Sven Frisch and Claire Froitzheim, authored several chapters in the Research Handbook on State Aid in the Banking Sector, published by Edward Elgar Publishing.
The handbook explores key concepts that underpin the application of State aid law to banks and considers specific aspects of the interface between State aid and financial regulation.
The chapter “Hand in hand or parallel paths? Reflections on the future coexistence of State aid control and bank resolution in the EU” authored by François-Charles Laprévote and Amélie Champsaur is nominated for the Antitrust Writing Awards 2018.
