Vitro in $100 Million Term Loan With ING

Cleary Gottlieb represented Vitro International Investments SARL and Vitro S.A.B. de C.V. (collectively, Vitro) and certain affiliates in a $100 million term loan with ING Bank N.V., Dublin Branch (ING).

The transaction signed on April 15, 2024, and the loan closed and was fully disbursed on April 17, 2024.

With this transaction, Vitro successfully refinanced a substantial portion of its short-term debt.
