Duravant to Acquire Pattyn

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Duravant LLC (Duravant) in its acquisition of Pattyn Group BV (Pattyn).

The transaction was announced on February 7, 2025. Closing remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to occur in the second quarter of 2025.

Duravant, a Warburg Pincus and Carlyle portfolio company, is a global engineered equipment company with manufacturing, sales, and service facilities throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Pattyn is a manufacturer and service provider of innovative and highly engineered packaging automation equipment specializing in modular solutions for counting, weighing, filling, and bag-in-a-box applications. Pattyn was founded in Bruges, Belgium, and operates across five continents.
