Cleary Gottlieb represented T-Mobile US Inc. (T-Mobile) in its acquisition of Blis Holdco Limited (Blis), an innovative provider of powerful and privacy-centric advertising solutions.
The transaction signed on February 18, 2025, and closed on March 3, 2025. T-Mobile paid approximately $175 million in cash to acquire Blis, before customary adjustments.
