Samsung Electronics Sells Printer Business to HP Inc for $1.05 Billion

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Samsung Electronics in the sale of its printer business to HP Inc. for $1.05 billion in cash.

The deal signed on September 12, 2016, and is expected to close within one year, subject to the appropriate regulatory approvals.
