Cleary Gottlieb represented McDonald’s in its €500 million offering of 2.375% senior notes due 2024. The deal was a takedown from McDonald’s’ Global Medium-Term Note program, and the notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction was launched and priced on November 16 and closed on November 27.
J.P. Morgan, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank acted as joint bookrunners, and the dealer syndicate also included 13 other financial institutions.
