LATAM Airlines’ $1.9 Billion Strategic Partnership With Delta

Cleary Gottlieb is advising LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (NYSE: LTM; IPSA: LTM) in its strategic partnership with Delta (NYSE: DAL), bringing together the leading airlines in North and Latin America for the first time.

As part of the partnership agreement, Delta has agreed to acquire a 20% stake in LATAM for $1.9 billion.
