Just Climate Invests in Continuum

Cleary Gottlieb is advising Just Climate in its $150 million investment in Continuum Green Energy (Continuum).

Just Climate will join Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners as a partner of Continuum and will invest from its $1.5 billion Climate Asset Fund I, launched in 2023 to focus on industrial climate solutions. The investment will be used to support Continuum’s continued deployment of wind-solar-hybrid energy generation and storage projects across India. It marks Just Climate’s first investment in India and complements its growing portfolio of other industrial decarbonization solutions across the U.S. and Europe.
