International Flavors & Fragrances in Senior Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, in the SEC-registered debt offering by International Flavors & Fragrances of €500 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.75% senior notes due 2024.  The transaction priced on March 7 and closed on March 14.

International Flavors and Fragrances creates, manufactures and supplies flavors and fragrances for the food, beverage, personal care and household products industries.  It is one of the top four flavors and fragrances producers in the world, with operations in over 30 different countries.
