Cleary Gottlieb represented Icade in its inaugural €800 million global offering of bonds, consisting of a €500 million offering of bonds bearing interest at 2.25% and maturing on January 30, 2019 and a €300 million offering of bonds bearing interest at 3.375% and maturing on September 29, 2023. The bonds are listed on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris. This international offering launched and priced on September 24, 2013 and closed on September 30, 2013.
This offering was led by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC, Natixis and Société Générale as Joint Lead Managers.
