HSBC and BNP Paribas in Preparation of Initial U.S. Resolution Plans

Cleary Gottlieb teams advised HSBC and BNP Paribas in the preparation of their initial U.S. resolution plans as required by the Dodd-Frank Act and the FDIC. The plans were due on July 1st.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Credit Suisse in its July 2012 filing, and is representing a number of major U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions required to file by December 31, 2013.
