Credit Suisse to Merge With UBS

Cleary Gottlieb advised long standing client Credit Suisse in connection with aspects of its proposed merger with UBS announced on March 19, 2023, following the intervention of the Swiss Federal Department of Finance, the Swiss National Bank, and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA (FINMA).
